Despite complete prescribed time period, certificate yet to received?

After a conversation with the upgrade technical team, we got an information.


 According to that if you have completed the course with less than 70% marks in aggregate, then Upgrade team does not give you any certificate. So far this is information but we will come soon with step by step instructions on how to solve this problem.

    even after completing the whole course it shows 50 %complete

First of all, congratulations on completing the course. Yes, soon you will get the certificate.  Certificate will be issued within one (1) month of completion of the course or its equivalent.  It is very rare that the certificate will be delayed.  Recently the certificate used to arrive within 10-15 days or its equivalent, but nowadays the certificate does not arrive within the stipulated 10-15 days.  After interacting with the technical team of UpGrad we found that the delay in the certificate ranging from 15 days to about one (1) month is due to the covid 19 pandemic.  The certificate will be found in the spam box or primary box of your mail, so check the mail regularly when the certificate arrives. Yes, after completing the course, the upgrade team issues you the certificate by mail in PDF format. I am sharing the picture of my certificate (if you choose a different course then don't worry, you will also receive a certificate same as me but your course name will be printed instead of mine) Also, read  How long it usually takes to receive the certificate?
