Important Update: As per the upGrad technical team, the glitches faced by maximum users in the app are now completely resolved.  If you experience the glitch again after downloading the previous version i.e. v5.2.19, then you will need to update the app and install the new version v5.2.20 of the app.  Also read:  Progress not Syncing.  This glitch was going on for a long time which is enough to make for a bad experience.  And finally it is completely resolved. After talking with the upgrad technical team it is clear that this is the technical glitch faced by maximum users and i also experienced the same glitch. The technical team of upGrad has squashed the glitch in the 23rd July's update. Also read:  Where can i use these free courses certificates?  You have to update the app and install the new verson v5.2.19 from the playstore and if you experience the same issue after updating the app then  please clear the cache and clear data and reinstall the app. After doing this, the app will working well. Yes, after completing the course, the upgrade team issues you the certificate by mail in PDF format. I am sharing the picture of my certificate (if you choose a different course then don't worry, you will also receive a certificate same as me but your course name will be printed instead of mine) Also, read  How long it usually takes to receive the certificate? By the way, if you talk about the upgrade free courses, then you can use these certificate as an experience if you already have diploma or equivalent related to the course. After a conversation with the upgrade technical team, we got an information. Also read  Completed the course but certificate not receive yet?  According to that if you have completed the course with less than 70% marks in aggregate, then Upgrade team does not give you any certificate. So far this is information but we will come soon with step by step instructions on how to solve this problem. For this you have to follow the simple points are as follows: (1) Open the file manager on your device and go to the internal storage of your device.   (2) Second step is to find the "Android " folder on your device and click on this (as shown in the picture above).  (3) In the android you have to choose the "Data" option (as shown in the picture above).  (4) After clicking the data the screen is filled with multiple folders and you have to find the folder named "com.upgrad.student" on your phone (as shown in the picture above).  5) Next step is to click the folder named "Files" as shown in the picture above.  (6) After clicking "Files" you have to click the "Download" folder. (7) Then click on "upGrad" folder.  (8) After follow the instruction according to step 7 above. May be you have only one option shown on the screen it total...

Excel also offers some excellent ways to do this. • Regression Analysis • Time Series Analysis • Forecasting • Visualisation To see the standard deviations, variance, maximum, minimum, avarage data you can also apply basics statistics on your data. First of all, congratulations on completing the course. Yes, soon you will get the certificate.  Certificate will be issued within one (1) month of completion of the course or its equivalent.  It is very rare that the certificate will be delayed.  Recently the certificate used to arrive within 10-15 days or its equivalent, but nowadays the certificate does not arrive within the stipulated 10-15 days.  After interacting with the technical team of UpGrad we found that the delay in the certificate ranging from 15 days to about one (1) month is due to the covid 19 pandemic.  The certificate will be found in the spam box or primary box of your mail, so check the mail regularly when the certificate arrives.
