Progress not update but have completed sufficient course?

In this case i suggest you to keep refreshing again and again if not show after doing the refresh relaunch the app after clearing all the cache data and again not showing the progress you could wait for some time may be the technical glitch you're facing after passing a sufficient time it will improve by the upgrad team. I hope this information is enough. Thanks

First of all, congratulations on completing the course. Yes, soon you will get the certificate.  Certificate will be issued within one (1) month of completion of the course or its equivalent.  It is very rare that the certificate will be delayed.  Recently the certificate used to arrive within 10-15 days or its equivalent, but nowadays the certificate does not arrive within the stipulated 10-15 days.  After interacting with the technical team of UpGrad we found that the delay in the certificate ranging from 15 days to about one (1) month is due to the covid 19 pandemic.  The certificate will be found in the spam box or primary box of your mail, so check the mail regularly when the certificate arrives.
