After downloading the video why app is consuming the data for same video?

This is because the downloaded video is for watching in the offline mode only and if you turn on data and then watching the same video which is already downloaded in your phone, your data is start consuming. So it is necessary to keep the data turn off if you want to save the data for downloaded video.

First of all, congratulations on completing the course. Yes, soon you will get the certificate.  Certificate will be issued within one (1) month of completion of the course or its equivalent.  It is very rare that the certificate will be delayed.  Recently the certificate used to arrive within 10-15 days or its equivalent, but nowadays the certificate does not arrive within the stipulated 10-15 days.  After interacting with the technical team of UpGrad we found that the delay in the certificate ranging from 15 days to about one (1) month is due to the covid 19 pandemic.  The certificate will be found in the spam box or primary box of your mail, so check the mail regularly when the certificate arrives.
