Important Update: As per the upGrad technical team, the glitches faced by maximum users in the app are now completely resolved.  If you experience the glitch again after downloading the previous version i.e. v5.2.19, then you will need to update the app and install the new version v5.2.20 of the app.  Also read:  Progress not Syncing.  This glitch was going on for a long time which is enough to make for a bad experience.  And finally it is completely resolved. After talking with the upgrad technical team it is clear that this is the technical glitch faced by maximum users and i also experienced the same glitch. The technical team of upGrad has squashed the glitch in the 23rd July's update. Also read:  Where can i use these free courses certificates?  You have to update the app and install the new verson v5.2.19 from the playstore and if you experience the same issue after updating the app then  please clear the cache and clear data and reinstall the app. After doing this, the app will working well. Yes, this is because your smartphone don't support the format of the Python Notebook and Jupiter Notebook. The Jupyter Notebook and Python Notebook only opens on laptop and not on smartphone.  Also read  Where can i use these free course certificates from UpGrad? To use the Jupiter Notebook and Python Notebook you need a laptop or computer. So please buy a second hand laptop or computer for completing the course.
