What is an Excel?

An Excel is one of the potent and convenient statistics software. It grants you to store the data in table form. i.e in rows and column form. It also grants you to communicate with your data in various ways.


You can resolve the data using some of the most powerful formulas. The pivot table is one of the best feature of Excel.

You can also use pivot table to manipulate the data according to your insights. Excel have several features that can help you with statistics. There are different methods of importing and exporting data.

You can also combined the data into workflow. Not similar to other statistics software, Excel grants you to create function according to your choice by using its programming abilities. 


The main purpose of Excel is to create records of data and customise the data according to the users demand. Excel also grants you to use extraneous database to analyse, generate reports and many more things. Presently, an Excel provides best graphical user interface including use of graphics tools and visualisation techniques.

First of all, congratulations on completing the course. Yes, soon you will get the certificate.  Certificate will be issued within one (1) month of completion of the course or its equivalent.  It is very rare that the certificate will be delayed.  Recently the certificate used to arrive within 10-15 days or its equivalent, but nowadays the certificate does not arrive within the stipulated 10-15 days.  After interacting with the technical team of UpGrad we found that the delay in the certificate ranging from 15 days to about one (1) month is due to the covid 19 pandemic.  The certificate will be found in the spam box or primary box of your mail, so check the mail regularly when the certificate arrives.
